Cyclothon Categories:

• 5 Km Kids Ride: Ages 10 to 15 years
• 15 Km Green Cyclothon: Open to Male and Female Adults
• Exciting Rewards Await! For each race category, the top participants will win amazing prizes:
• 1st Prize: INR 10,000 + 4 Passports
• 2nd Prize: INR 7,000 + 4 Passports
• 3rd Prize: INR 5,000 + 4 Passports
• 4th Prize: 6 Passports
• 5th Prize: 4 Passports

Important Guidelines:

• Participants must bring their own cycles.
• The helmet is compulsory for all riders.
   

Participation Age Criteria:

• Participation criteria based on completed participant age by December 17th are as follows:
• For the 5km Ride: Participants must be 10 years old to 15 years old.
• For the 15km Ride: Participants must be 16 years old or older.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Participants must register in advance to secure their spot in the EsselWorld Bird Park Green Cyclothon. Limited slots available only.
2. Registration is free.
3. All participants must carry a valid ID proof for verification on the event day.
4. Though the event organizer will provide all support of Hydration, Medical, Technician, and Crew support, it is expected that if participants have any prior medical condition, they have to take suggestions from their family doctor about participation.
5. BIB expo will be held prior to the event day.
6. Participants will not be allowed without BIB at the holding area on the event day.
7. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify participants who fail to comply with event rules or display inappropriate behaviour.
8. Participants are responsible for the maintenance and safety of their bicycles. The organizers will not provide repair services during the event.
9. Helmets are mandatory for all riders. Participants without helmets will not be allowed to race. Frontlight, Backlight, and Reflectors on the cycle are mandatory.
10. It is also advised to wear personal safety gear to avoid any injuries
11. The organizers are not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage incurred during the event. Participants are encouraged to ride responsibly.
12. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
13. The race timing is from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Late arrivals will not be permitted to join the race.
14. By participating, attendees agree to allow the use of their images and videos for promotional purposes by Vyoman Infraprojects.
15. The event is subject to cancellation or rescheduling in case of unforeseen circumstances. Registered participants will be informed accordingly.
16. The organizer has the right to change the venue, Route, and Event time as per the official Permissions.
17. In case of any change in Event time, Venue and Route, we will notify you through email or the event website www.esselworldbirdpark.in
